功能特點(diǎn)

1.臺達伺服，自主設計控制程序，施耐德電氣，進(jìn)口氣動(dòng) ，加厚機架一次加工成型，王牌鋼精磨橫梁與滑塊滑座，進(jìn)口導軌堅固耐用。
2.進(jìn)板裝置，伺服傳動(dòng)，省去了機械式傳動(dòng)調節時(shí)的繁瑣，而且可完全避免進(jìn)紙雙張的缺陷。3.模具下壓停頓貼角，伺服轉動(dòng)，直接設定速度、點(diǎn)動(dòng)自動(dòng)，方便調試。
4.四角調節設計有對零標尺參考，單獨的坐標進(jìn)退，橫豎調節時(shí)顯而易見(jiàn)，無(wú)需多次試貼，降低了高頻換模時(shí)的物料損耗。
5.貼角銅模座導熱快耗能低，抗震耐磨。
6.送帶部分，PET透明膠帶、牛皮紙膠帶通用，通過(guò)六角桿、傘尺等機械式傳動(dòng)，送帶長(cháng)度標準，避免偏帶堵帶。
